If interested in cooperation or making an interesting suggestion, feel free to contact us or send us a LinkedIn invitation. It is not our intention, however, to maintain a huge database of candidate resumes. Our clientele is very much diversified in terms of both size and industry, and we only search for very specific skills tailored to our customer’s demand. On top of that, most of our projects assume a high level of confidentiality, which often leaves publishing open positions out of the question.
For candidates with promising potential, though, we can offer discrete assistance and advice in seeking a suitable position, matching their current experience.
The provision and processing of personal data
We ask candidates to pay attention to the following information.
Ing. Ľubica Zaťková Freelance HR Consultant, ID 71590722, collects and processes data for the following purposes:
placement of candidates in employment,
addressing candidates in connection with job offers and
other personnel-related consulting services.
In connection with the requirements of the GDPR we need your consent again, the text of which you can download and send.
It is not our main objective to build our own extensive database of candidates, but rather to have easy access to current contacts and profiles of candidates. For this purpose, we mainly use LinkedIn. We therefore ask candidates who use this professional network and are not connected with me to send me their invitation.
We would like to inform you that we provide third parties (particularly clients and cooperating partners) with your personal information only with your knowledge and consent.
Information from candidates who applied for a position that they did not get and at the same time did not request that their CV be kept on file will be deleted after expiration of the guarantee in relation to the given position, ie. within 6 months.
